1. How far to the beach? An excellent drive on long shelf beach is just 3 minutes by car, and you can drive and park right on the beach.

2. How are the bedrooms configured? In the main house, the master has king size bed with a master bath with walk in garden bath. The other downstairs bedroom has a queen bed. Upstairs 2 bedrooms have queen beds and share a large bathroom. The carriage house has a four car garage with utility room with washer dryer. The second floor has a full kitchen with “gathering room”. The 2nd floor has 3 bedrooms with queen beds, one with private bath, and two other bedrooms sharing a bath. The two bedrooms, with private baths, on the 3rd floor, each has two twin beds, and a full sized futon bed, sleep a total possible of four to each room. Total person to sleep in beds is 22.

3. Any crib? There is a crib available is so required.

4. How far to the airport? The Daytona Beach airport is just 20 minutes away, and the Orlando airport is about 70 minutes away.

5. How far to Disneyworld? About one hour and 10 minutes.

7. Can be bring our boat? Yes, there are five boat docks available.

8. How about fishing? Good fishing right off our the boat dock.

10. Recreation? In addition to swimming, and boating, there is a basketball hoop, and a ping pong table.

11. How large is the swimming pool? 20 feet by 40 feet, and a hot tub.
